Manage a range of different support programmes across a playbook of different university partners
Be responsible for the overall success of your assigned university partners, making sure they have everything they need to maintain successful support programmes at their institution
Always data-orientated and proactive, always thinking outside the box and bringing big ideas to life
Build external relationships across senior leader teams at universities to help build a productive working environment
Build internal relationships across a global team that are located on different timezones
Be an advocate and expert in the market of Vygo’s product, vision and value proposition
Represent the voice of our partners, keeping a close feedback loop with the product and engineering teams
Wear multiple hats within the business and adapt to changing roles and responsibilities as the business grows

You have direct experience in a customer success or project management role
You want to learn and absorb different topics and subjects quickly
You have strong interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with external partners
You have some project management experience using internal resources to deliver results
You have the ability to be adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
You bring big ideas and solutions to problems
You get excited about helping your employees grow and move to their next challenge
You are passionate about education and social mobility
You have strong technical skills and experience using some or all of the following tools: Hubspot, Intercom, Asana, Loom, GDrive, Zapier & Slack.
You have a BA degree in Business or a related field

4️⃣ Attend a culture interview with one of our founders - to make sure it’s the right fit on both sides.
